Since the update, this app is not syncing properly. Very disappointed

We loved this ap. We used it for our 3.5yr old forMore than a year and now our 5mo old. Im so disappointed with the new version. While we havent lost data, the three phones and an iPad do not easily sync any more. We are constantly signing in and signing out. Since we use it to track (hundreds of ounces) of breastmilk this is a serious issue. We have contacted them and while in the past they have gotten back to us, this time they have not. We are frustrated and annoyed. Not only is it a major issue for us as our caretaker uses this too, its maddening since we have so highly recommended it to our friends. Please, were begging: fix. The. Ap.

Weve used this app for nearly 3 years and just decided to abandon it. We havent had a good sync in a month, which is inexcusable.

We used this app for a while with my wife and it was a great way to sync with our twins. After the latest update sync has been broken and the fix is not only an insult to users (log out/log or reinstall the app) but also doesnt solve the issue consistently. Something is seriously broke with this new version that renders this app unusable

Horrible. Dont waste your money. It loses info. It doesnt sync. Timers dont work. Worthless. Only giving 1 star because its required.

This was a great app until it was updated, now it will not sync with my husbands phone. We constantly have to sign in and out to get it to show us when the last feeding was. Wrote an email to explain and never received anything back. I use to recommend this app, but sadly not anymore .

Awesome app. Great for breast feeding. I love how it reminds you of the side you fed from last. I use the extra bonus timer for medication which is super helpful!! It also has an option for tummy time and anything else you want to add.

Ive used this app very happily for about 5 years. The latest version is less user friendly. I keep pushing the wrong buttons.

I have had several issues recently trying to sync multiple devices. I have to sign out and back in in order for the sync to happen. Very frustrating.

I so wish I had not just automatically updated the apps on my phone. This update to "Pro" completely removed EVERYTHING I had documented for my kids for the past seven years. I had backed up to email a few times but not since 2014. Its such a shame and Im so disappointed. Ive learned the hard way that I should just keep good old fashioned paper and pencil to document things that I dont want erased or lost in the cloud. By the way, I miss Web 1.0. My husband & I paid and downloaded this app the day our daughter was born was in June. Weve used it every day since to track everything. She has been having some stomach issues and we had to take her to see a specialist and four days before her appointment, my husbands app kept crashing every time he tried to open it. I used my app to send a bug report to the support team to get it figured out (still waiting to hear back from them). The next day, my app started doing the same thing. We lost every thing that we had tracked for our daughter for her appointment. Not worth the money or the aggravation. There are much better apps out there.

The cloud syncing capabilities have been broken for sometime now and the company seems to not care anymore. Perhaps they got bought out by another company because what used to be a great app to help track diapers, etc. its not very helpful when my wife and I have to constantly log out and log back in just to see what has occurred throughout the day. We have a second child on the way and will definitely be in search for a better (&a better supported) app.

Husband and I used this app since birth of our daughter in May. It was a great app until the last update. Disappearing timers and syncing problems caused us to switch to a new app permanently. We were hopeful they would fix the problems, but we got no response from customer support. Theres better apps out there that are free that weve been using for a couple of weeks now.

This version has major problems with syncing between devices, loses data, and doesnt even keep timers reliably! WASTE OF MONEY!

Fix the synchronization!!

This app used to be the best but now its the worst. They issued an update that completely screwed up the sync functions between two phones. No one will reply to my emails and I have to delete/reinstall daily to get updates. I loved this app before the most recent update. If I knew they were working on a fix it would be one thing but they havent released any details in weeks.

ive used this app for 2 1/2 years and it was great until the last update. syncing was never resolved and we share the app between 3+ devices, including our caretaker. we have to delete the app and re-install several times a week, which is extremely frustrating and time-consuming. like other reviewers, the team has not gotten back to me after several email attempts. no updates since the one that caused all the problems plus nothing for ios10 leads me to believe this company is shutting down. export your data immediately if you have history. if youre a potential new customer, get a different app. so disappointed.

I have been using the app for 3.5 years at this point. This latest upgrade was likely the most changes I had seen come through in one upgrade but they make things more user friendly in my opinion. The ability to put in tandem nursing sessions is much easier, the night time dimmer screen is great for late night sessions. Great job!

Stay away from this app if you are looking for help in keeping track of feeds between two users. The auto sync is a joke and does not work properly. As a dad trying to do my part to help feed this app creates more frustration than helps my wife and I keep track of feeds effectively.

I used this app for my now 2.5 year old and am currently using it for my 3 week old. I liked the version before this and love the current version! It has a lot of additions that I find very useful! I definitely would recommend!
