USED to be great

I bought the full version of this app when my first child was born more than three years ago. I loved it. I recommended it to everyone. I swore by it! The nursing timer was so helpful and I loved the charts. And then this summer...

All of my data was lost. Growth data, milestones, milk inventory (which I mostly use for donation purposes)--just GONE. Im heartbroken and Im mad.

The worst part is that I managed to back up all of my data from a second device before it was lost, and despite sending it to customer support REPEATEDLY over the last month, I have gotten ZERO response. No acknowledgment that they received my email or that they are working on this issue. Which is a turnaround from previous years when they were very responsive.

Bottom line: this is a great app if 1) keeping your data isnt important and 2) you dont need any help from customer support EVER! As soon as my son stops breastfeeding I will be deleting this app permanently and looking for a new one if we have another baby. So very, very disappointing...
